When placing your MISS BEHAVE GIRLS order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays, or expedited orders placed after 1PM EST will ship on the next business day. MISS BEHAVE GIRLS is unable to guarantee expedited shipping request if an order is placed later than 1PM EST.
MISS BEHAVE GIRLS will provide a tracking number once your order has been processed. This will help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date. Please note that MISS BEHAVE GIRLS cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.
Standard shipping time will be between 7 to 10 business days.
In cases when you have not received or located the package 2 hours from the time it was marked delivered, please contact the assigned courier (USPS or UPS). Be sure to check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes and mailbox to make sure it's not hidden or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If after checking everything and you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the assigned courier (USPS or UPS).
If you received a damaged item, kindly send us an email at email@example.com. We will appreciate if you can send us a photo/s of the damaged item. We will gladly replace the damaged item as long as it is reported to us within 48 hours from the time the package was delivered.
